Terry Gerhart, Chief Executive Officer and Director
As CEO of Noble Midstream, Terry applies his more than 31 years of industry experience to ensure safe, responsible delivery of midstream solutions to Noble Energy and other producers. Specifically, Terry provides significant expertise in designing, constructing, operating and managing large-scale midstream and upstream development projects.
In addition to this role, Terry oversees large projects, drilling and operations services as Senior Vice President, Global Operations Services of Noble Energy. Terry joined Noble Energy in January 2010 and held a number of increasingly senior positions, including Vice President, Africa and Vice President, Eastern Mediterranean Operations. In addition to helping start the US independent Vastar Resources, Terry was also an executive at BP.
John Bookout, Chief Financial Officer
John’s proven expertise in midstream financial management, planning, strategy and business development is applied to his role as Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as a Financial Advisor to Noble Energy, which he joined in 2014. Prior to joining Noble Energy, served as an Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners for five years.
John Nicholson, Chief Operating Officer
John C. Nicholson was appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2015. John joined Noble in 2007 and has held various engineering, operations and financial positions of increasing responsibility both domestic and internationally. John previously served as Investor Relations Advisor at Noble and prior to that was the Project Manager for a deepwater development offshore West Africa.
Tom Christensen, Chief Accounting Officer
Tom was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of Noble Midstream in August 2016. He previously served as Corporate Finance Manager in Noble Energy’s Treasury group. Tom joined Noble Energy upon its acquisition of Rosetta Resources in July 2015. While at Rosetta, Tom served in positions of increasing responsibility, including most recently serving as its Assistant Controller overseeing SEC reporting, corporate accounting, income taxes and technical accounting matters. Tom started his career as an auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s energy practice in Houston. He is also a certified public accountant.
