Advantage Pipeline, L.L.C. (“Advantage”) is a 50/50 joint venture between Noble Midstream Partners and Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. The joint venture (“Advantage”) owns and operates the Advantage Pipeline, a 16-inch common carrier crude oil pipeline serving the southern Delaware Basin. The pipeline originates 13 miles south of Pecos, TX on U.S. Highway 285 and spans approximately 70 miles across portions of Reeves, Pecos, Ward, and Crane counties to multiple pipeline connections in Crane, TX.

We offer crude oil receipt facilities at three strategic locations along the pipeline route as well as throughput capacity of 150,000 bpd to Magellan’s Longhorn Pipeline and 120,000 bpd to multiple connections in Midland and Colorado City (including Basin, Mesa, Sunrise, Enterprise, Centurion, West Texas Gulf, Permian Express II, and BridgeTex). An expansion to 200 MBbl/d is planned for 2018 to accommodate future growth. Additionally, the Advantage Pipeline system offers 474,000 bbls of tank capacity to facilitate pipeline throughput and long-term or month-to-month leasable storage. The partnership's joint venture is held by Trinity River DevCo, a 100% owned development company.
